Court Rental Policies for the LAB
This Privacy Policy applies to the websites and services (“Services”) operated by the
league or team or youth sports organization (“Organization”) on which this policy is linked. The
Organization will update this Privacy Policy soon. This Policy sets out how the Organization and
certain of its partners may collect and use any personal information which you provide through the
Services.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Organization collects any information that you provide to the Services, including for example,
when you register for an account and provide your email address, a password, and your name.
Depending on how you use the Services, the Organization may also collect
• Contact information such as address and phone number of players and family members;
• Team member information, including where applicable information about your children;
• Messages and chat you send via the services;
• Team information, such as rosters, schedules, attendance, statistics, and scores;
• Activity information you upload, including photos, news, information and other content;
• Payment information;
• Messages and feedback you send to the Organization; and
• Transactional information.
Automatically Collected Information
The Organization may also collect information from your device when you use the Services,
including
• Information about your computer, mobile phone, tablet, and all other similar electronic or
mobile devices, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, device
identifiers, device settings, device attributes, browser settings, the web pages of the Services
you have visited, Services visited before and after you visit a Service, and the content and
advertisements you have accessed, seen, forwarded and/or clicked-on.
• Social Media Information. If you engage with the Services through social media services or other
third-party platforms, such as Facebook, the Organization may have access to certain
Information in your profile depending on your privacy settings.
USE OF INFORMATION
Your information may be used by the Organization to:
• Provide the Services
• For any specific purpose for which it was provided or volunteered.
• To send you information
• To Prevent fraud and defend legal rights
• To comply with applicable law
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The Organization may share your information with:
• Service providers that perform certain business-related functions on its behalf
• Social Networks: if you use social networks through the services.
• Other Users: depending on how you use the Services your information may be available to
other members your league.
• As required by law in with Law Enforcement Agencies or Regulators.
• National Governing Bodies: The Organization may share your information with the following
National Governing Body of your sport, for instance to confirm your eligibility to participate
in a sport.
JUST4SPORTS, Website, Booking and Events Calendar
The Services are powered by WordPress. WP plugins and Booking Form collects information from users depending on how they use the Services, as set forth in the Just4Sports Privacy Policy.
• For logged in users, of the Just4Spmay collect:
o device identifiers and usage data for analytics purposes,
o data related to messages in the Just4Sports account, and
o volunteer information such as name and email address.
• When administrators are logged in, Just4Sports may collect:
o device identifiers and usage data for analytics purposes,
o data related to messages in the Just4Sports account,
o administrator information such as name and email address data, and other relevant
information when the administrator connects with Just4Sports personnel, for
instance through the built-in chat feature.
• When users are not logged in to Just4Sports, Just4Sports collects device identifiers and
usage data for analytics purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES
• You may unsubscribe from your Organization’s email newsletters or promotional emails by
following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. You may not be able to
unsubscribe from service-related or transactional emails.
• You may be able to access and correct certain information through the features provided by
the Services or by contacting the Organization.

VIDEO POLICY
The LAB and ProFileSports.TV have teamed up to offer LIVE STREAMING and VIDEO ON DEMAND of all the action on court one at the LAB! And best of all, you can watch it from anywhere; on your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or smart TV, captured by one of our high-definition, digital cameras installed at the LAB and other Sports Centers where ProFileSports.TV is installed.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Statement governs the practices of ProFileSports.TV, ProFile Sports LLC.(“ProFile Sports”) and its affiliates (collectively the “ProFile Sports Companies”). The ProFile Sports Companies are committed to undertaking reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of all of the personal information that is provided to us. Please read the following description of our policies and practices regarding your personal information.
YOUR GUARANTEE OF PRIVACY
ProFile Sports makes every effort to protect the privacy rights of our viewers and the athletes that we record. We post notifications and disclaimers including photo release language in all our on-boarding documents, on our websites and apps.
ProFile Sports cameras are installed in public places and the recordings are intended for the enjoyment and education of the athletes, fans and families we serve. You acknowledge that by playing sports or attending games in public venues comes with it the inherent exposure and fact that there will be spectators. But if you feel that the publication or broadcasting of your likeness or performance does harm to you for any reason, and you make your feelings known to support@profilesportsapp.com or by calling 602-672-7327 we will take one of the following measures to remedy your concern
We will delete the audio if the offending incident is audible.
We will obscure the likeness of the individual in the video in post
production.
We will edit out the offending image in post production.
We immediately remove the video from our on-demand library.
You understand that any of these actions may inconvenience other players and fans who want their game video and for whom it will no longer be available. You further understand that we may have no control over the views or downloads that may have already taken place before your complaint was made. You also understand that if the incident in question is deemed to be evidence in a legal matter we will comply with all laws and state or federal authorities.
This policy covers how the ProFile Sports Company treats personal information that the ProFile Sports Company collects and receive through their recording equipment, website, http://ProFile Sports.TV (the “Web Site”) and http://profilesportsapp.com/ (the “App”). This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the ProFile Sports Company do not own or control.
This policy covers how the ProFile Sports Company treat personal information that the ProFile Sports Company collect and receive through their website, http://ProFile Sports.TV (the “Web Site”) and http://profilesportsapp.com/ (the “App”), and via our app. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the ProFile Sports Company do not own or control.

PRIVACY POLICIES
In connection with your visit to and participation in activities at the Web Site, you may submit personal information such as your name and other personal information. We may obtain additional information regarding your visit to and participation in such activities at the Web Site (all of this information is collectively referred to as “Personal Identifiable Information”).
The ProFile Sports Company is committed, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, to undertaking all reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of your Personal Identifiable Information that we may collect and receive from you at our Web Site.
Personal Identifiable Information does not include aggregated information that is not linked to any of your personal information that can personally identify you.
When you voluntarily provide Personal Identifiable Information, we will assume your consent to its use and disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy, subject to any use and disclosure from which you have opted out, as provided below.
We may be required to collect, share or disclose your Personal Identifiable Information without your consent in the following instances:

From time to time we may place a “cookie” on your computer. Our third party service providers and ad servers may also place a “cookie” on your computer. A cookie is a file written to your computer hard drive that records certain technical information about your Internet usage, such as your IP address, browser type, or domain name. Also, if you submit Personal Identifiable Information to our Web Site (such as your name, interests or preferences), “cookies” may be used to keep track of such information so that you will not need to reenter this information during subsequent visits.
We use “cookies” to customize delivery of our Web Site content and advertisements. You may set your Internet browser preferences to notify you when you receive a “cookie” or to decline its acceptance.

Web servers serving our Web Site may automatically collect Personal Identifiable Information regarding the Web Site pages you visit, as well as your IP address or domain name. These other parties and their web sites may include our partners, sponsors and advertisers that may be authorized to use the ProFile Sports name or logo as a link between the Web Site and their web sites. We are not related to and have no control over such web sites and parties. Those parties are covered by their own privacy policies, and we cannot take any responsibility in that regard.
Our Web Site incorporates reasonable safeguards to protect the security and privacy of your Personal Identifiable Information collected at our Web Site in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However it is always possible that any Personal Identifiable Information transmitted or disclosed online can be intercepted by others and used unlawfully. Accordingly, we cannot warrant the
security of your Personal Identifiable Information under such circumstances. In addition, Personal Identifiable Information that you may voluntarily disclose and post at our Web Site (such as on message boards and in chat rooms) that may be viewed by the public will create a risk that such Personal Identifiable Information may be used by others and that you may receive unsolicited email or information as a result.
Each subscriber to our paid service will create a personal login to the paid services area of the website. When you set up your account, you are asked to create and secure access to the paid services area by supplying us with your email and Password. You will also be asked to supply us with personally identifiable information, including your name, billing address, mailing address, email address and credit card information. We will collect and maintain all of that information and any other information you provide to us in the future through the paid services area for the purpose of account management, billing and collections, customer support and service management.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Name and Password to the paid services area for ensuring that no minors or third parties access or use in any way your ProFile Sports account without your permission.
Your use of the Web Site constitutes your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If we decide to make any important changes to our Privacy Policy we will post the changes here. Accordingly you should refer to this Privacy Policy before you use the Web Site and/or furnish Personal Identifiable Information to the Web Site.
